Stages
by Rachel Kaudernale-Buff
Sleeve and blurb by Rachel Meade Smith

“I first came across this perfect gem of a book when working on my own oral history project last year. I wanted to see how others have shared interviews on the page. Stages gave me a simple, earnest answer. It was also the perfect size, both literally and spiritually—fit perfectly in my hands, and expanded me each time I opened it...”

Co-inciding with an event at McNally Jackson Sendb00ks invited the two Rachels in a conversation about care-work, mending and motherhood.

Works and Days
by Bernadette Mayer
With a sleeve by Gal Schindler

“So let’s send Mayer, her loose stream-of-consciousness poems invite us to paint the pages with our own everyday memories - she is the wise child, in love with pastoral vistas of nature, the banality of an overlooked day, what we eat and how we love - while simultaneously critiquing the capitalist world, failed love interests, and built up urban societies where ‘no back garden is ever over-rated’.”

The Lover
by Marguerite Duras
With a Sleeve by Marie Hazard
Featuring a poem by Lorraine de Thibault:

“Archaeology of desire, excavating
embraces each corner hides a tower
That rises infinite possibilities of

because infinity has an end
as the past has its time”
